1.Don't ever issu any RFI, just bulldoze
2.Send sms to the consultant, tipu sikit. If 3 workers, u say 4 workers. Can claim more maaa...
3.In your claim sheet, put in yor GD, GM, PM, Engineer and supervisor as persons incharge on that particular works. On site, u just tell the Bangla to do this and that. Give them material and equipment, they can do maaa....
No need for your standing supervision.U dont have to go, let the consultant go n check. If he go, he will tell u only 3 workers working. Then u say, "aiyya.... itu lagi satu orang sudah balik kaa..."
4.Dont subbmit site diary on that particular date for verification. Submit 2/3 days later,...let the consultant forgot.
5.Still..u write 4 workers even the consultant already know that only 3 workers working. who knows...he might be forget about this. Untung maa...
