Langkawi Umno building up soon

LANGKAWI, July 11 — Langkawi Umno will have its own building with the construction of Sekretariat Wisma Umno Langkawi in Pekan Kuah here soon.

Chairman of the secretariat, Mansor Bahari, said the three-storey building, costing RM1.5 million would be built in September and would take 10 months to complete.
Prime Minister  Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak also contributed the fund for the project, he added.
He said implementation of the project would also involve construction of a three-star hotel. — Bernama
