Materials to be used for rendering surface before applying skim coat are:-
1.Thin plaster

Mixing | 1 bag mix with 8.5litres of water Mix thoroughly with electrical mixer fo 3-5min. Mixture must be homogenous, free from lump Remix for 1 minute if left unused for more than 30min. |
